Day 2 Better Prepaired…

I thought I did everything right. Wrong!

Before dinner I just had a few nibbles, during the meal just a small morsel of bread and still I couldn’t have dessert.

For starters I had a warm cod purée with a herb olive oil dressing, followed by a risotto with baby shrimp, mushrooms and tomato and a main dish of filet of salmon in a mashed potato crust and roasted fennel.

The risotto did the trick, or was it the main course?! Again no dessert for me, my Dad on the other hand had chocolate ice cream. Darn!

Okay, I didn’t tell him I had a chocolate truffle pie piece after lunch.
