Only the kids are twins, the Sunflower paintings by Van Gogh look the same but are different and painted at different times.
The one with the lighter background is from the National Gallery in London, the one with the ochre background is from the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam.
The one from the National Gallery was painted in August 1888, the Dutch version in January 1889. A similar painting like this one was sold in 1987 to a Japanese billionaire for $39.921.750 and can now be seen at the Sompo Museum in Tokyo.
