Most Wonderful Thyme Of The Year

Think for the holidays again about that other needle: Thyme.

It’s a surprising replacement for pine-tree decorations. They have fragile leaves, flexible branches and an irresistible spicy fragrance.

The most famous is of course French Thyme which is frost sensitive! Winter Thyme is a slow grower, but frost resistant and green all year.

Think of it as a bouquet garni on your front door, or as a spicy fragrance door wreath in your kitchen.
