It was one big party yesterday when over 80 boats floated down Amsterdam’s canals in the Gay Pride Parade.
Over half a million visitors watched and joined in the party on the quays of Prinsengracht, Amstel and Zwanenburgwal.

Today is the Las Vegas Marathon and half marathon, in my mind I run all the way with Michael Guy of Chicago who trained over the last 6 months using the National AIDS Marathon Training Program.
