Frying An Egg

While most of North America and the countries around the Mediterranean can fry an egg on the pavement during the day.

We in the Low Countries sit at home, also because of the weather, only in our case it’s the low temperatures and rain that keeps us there.

Sitting home all the time is not my kind of fun, have done that the last few years too often. Some sunny weather and temps around 26° C or 79° F would do the trick. Eggs fry better in a pan anyway.
