Salsamentum / de Zoutkameris one of the few shops that sell only salt and salt related products in the Netherlands. Jeroen van Wieren is an expert in his field. He doesn’t sell refined salts, only the ones which have still their natural minerals in it. All sorts of salt are “harvested” by hand.

Alas, I should not use salt, but when I do I want a tasty proper salt – no rubbish. A salt like what you mention here. I have some from Hawaii – some if red; others gray. I even have some black salt.
I have never heard of this. What a fascinating store!
