
Mexican Turkey – Low Cal

It’s a great and easy way to use leftover holiday turkey! You can make tacos, burritos, Mexican sandwiches (tortas), etc.
Ingredients:
- 5 ml or 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 455 gr or 1 pound shredded cooked turkey
- 3 gr or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 large fresh tomato, chopped
- 120 ml or 1/2 cup water
- 3 gr or 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste

NOTE: Combine it in a soft tortilla with cheese, sour cream, avocado, and lime juice and you’ve got a delicious meal.
