First of all I didn’t make the picture, it seems you need two identical picture of which the ‘bottom or background’ is slightly altered. I copied the picture of this site:

the link to this site came from a Dutch site which mentioned BRIGHT, here’s a link to BRIGHT: http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~dhoiem/projects/popup/ but I’m not sure if this is the one to make those duo pictures.
